Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder that we have practice tomorrow and Thursday. Please let Coach Tori and me know how many extra miles you ran last week so we can keep working toward our pool party an earn golden tickets for the raffle prizes!
Our first race is this Friday, the 18th at Mt. Ogden Park. The oldest runners start at 4:30 PM, with races every 30 minutes after that. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your race so you have plenty of time to get your number, warm up, stretch, and do a few strides.
